And: Michelle Marek will be on the CBC early Sunday morning speaking about what we’ll be doing at the workshop, and baking in general. As many know, Michelle is a complete whiz at baking. We’re all in awe of her. She’s currently perfecting the infamous Tartine sourdough bread — and let me just say that her iteration is perfection. The woman knows her stuff.
