Thanks again to everyone who came out for the candied fruits workshop with pastry chef Michelle Marek. Despite the unwelcome blizzard, we were astonished with the perfect 100% attendance rate — that’s some serious candied-fruit dedication!
We finally finished sifting through all of our photos, so please enjoy… and watch this space for future workshop announcements! We’ve been busy brewing ideas in our head for fun food-related workshops + 2011 is going to blow up!
