1st course: RIBS. (spare and baby back) with braised greens, sweet potato cake, offal.
2nd course: CARNITAS + EISBEIN on a tostada.
3rd course: CHOPS, mac ‘n’ cheese, slaw, pickles.
4th course: SMOKED FRUIT TART, maple-bacon dirty pretzels, fresh cream.
